The standard call-out fee will be waived ($0) on your first service booking after successful membership registration.
Membership must be active and confirmed prior to booking to qualify for the waived call-out fee.
Offer applies to standard business hours only (e.g., Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm). After-hours, weekend, and emergency call-outs may still incur additional fees.

Offer includes supply and standard installation of a new 250-litre thermann hot water system for $31 per week over a 60-month (5-year) term.
Finance is subject to:
- A $75 establishment fee
- A $2.30 weekly account-keeping fee (charged throughout the finance term)
Finance is provided by Brighte finance and subject to eligibility and approval.
Total repayment amount, including all fees and charges, will be clearly disclosed prior to agreement.
Standard installation includes:
- Removal of existing hot water system
- Installation in the same location
- Basic electrical hookup only
Offer does not include:
- Isolation switch installation
- Cable extensions
- Electrical upgrades
- Non-compliant system rectification
- System relocation
- Difficult access or extra labour/materials outside the scope of standard installation

Receive a $50 gift card when you refer a new customer to The Plumbing Gang who completes a qualifying paid service.
A “qualifying service” refers to any plumbing job valued at $250 or more (excluding discounts or promotions).
The referred customer must mention your name at the time of booking.
Gift card will be issued after the referred customer’s invoice is paid in full.
Referrals must be new customers only – existing or past customers are not eligible.
Limit of one gift card per successful referral. No limit on the number of referrals you can make.
Gift card will be delivered digitally or via post within 14 days of validation.

Offer applies only to jobs with a minimum value of $2,500 (including GST).
Finance terms of up to 60 months are available, depending on the total service value and applicant eligibility.
A $75 establishment fee and a $2.30 weekly account-keeping fee apply.
Repayments are fixed weekly over the agreed loan term.

Service includes:
- Inspection of the hot water unit
- Draining and flushing of the tank to remove sediment buildup
- Visual check for signs of corrosion or wear
Valid for electric and gas storage hot water systems up to 315 litres.
Offer applies to residential properties only within serviced areas.
Does not include:
- Repairs, part replacements, or servicing beyond the flush
- Continuous flow or heat pump systems
- Systems in difficult access areas or on rooftops
Any additional work required will be quoted separately and is not included in the $99 price.

Offer does not include:
- Electrical connection or disconnection
- Valves (e.g., tempering, pressure limiting, duo, non-return)
- Pipework adjustments or upgrades
- Drainage alterations, concrete pads, or wall brackets
- Compliance certificates (if applicable)
Assumes:
- Existing system is compliant and easily accessible
- No relocation or upgrade of current plumbing/electrical infrastructure is required
Additional charges will apply for any extra work, materials, or upgrades required to meet compliance or customer needs.
