PLUMBING SAFETY INSPECTION

Inspect toilets, showers and taps – for leaks that could be costing you hundreds of dollars per year on wasted water.

Check operation of all drains – perform flow tests to ensure all drains are flowing correctly.

Inspect the condition of the water heater – make recommendations on the life and condition of the water heater.

Check hot water temperature – ensure that all hot water points do not exceed the recommended temperatures.

Check water pressure for the entire house – make sure the pressure is not over the limit that could void your home insurance.

Inspect visible piping for leaks and corrosion – to identify potential leaks before they occur.

Inspect & Tag emergency shut-off valve – so you can easily locate and use the proper valves during an emergency.If the valve isn’t working correctly, we’ll report it t o the council on your behalf.

Check washing machine and dishwasher hoses – to identify any potential hose rupture due to deterioration.

Offer includes a standard hot water system flush for a fixed price of $99 (incl. GST).
Service includes:
- Inspection of the hot water unit
- Draining and flushing of the tank to remove sediment buildup
- Visual check for signs of corrosion or wear
Valid for electric and gas storage hot water systems up to 315 litres.
Offer applies to residential properties only within serviced areas.
Does not include:
- Repairs, part replacements, or servicing beyond the flush
- Continuous flow or heat pump systems
- Systems in difficult access areas or on rooftops

Price starts from $1,980 (excluding GST) for the supply and installation of a 25L Thermann hot water system.

- New 25L Thermann electric storage unit
- Basic installation in the same location as existing unit
Offer does not include:
- Electrical connection or disconnection
- Valves (e.g., tempering, pressure limiting, duo, non-return)
- Pipework adjustments or upgrades
- Drainage alterations, concrete pads, or wall brackets
- Compliance certificates (if applicable)
Assumes:
- Existing system is compliant and easily accessible
- No relocation or upgrade of current plumbing/electrical infrastructure is required
